What information we collect\n\nWe may collect the following personal data:\n\nContact information: name, address, phone number, e-mail.\n\nPayment information: via Vipps or card payment (not stored by us, handled by our payment provider).\n\nRental data: driver\u2019s license details (to verify eligibility), pick-up and return time, deposit.\n\nCommunication: inquiries by e-mail, phone or contact form.\n\nTechnical data: anonymous information about website usage (cookies\/statistics via Google Analytics or equivalent).\n\n2. How we use the information\n\nTo process and confirm your booking.\n\nTo deliver and invoice services.\n\nTo handle deposits, damages or disputes.\n\nTo comply with legal obligations (e.g. bookkeeping).\n\nTo provide customer service and respond to inquiries.\n\nFor statistics and website improvements (anonymous data only).\n\n3.
